Request account deletion
You remain in control
Deletion is permanent. The account, learning history and private writing cannot be recovered afterwards.
- Sign in using the Google, email-code or Facebook login connected to the account.
- Send a request from the account email to privacy@acescore.com.au with the subject AceScore account deletion request.
- Include only the account email. Do not email a child's writing, answers or other sensitive information.
- We verify account control first. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm active-system deletion.
What will be deleted
- Account profile, email, linked sign-in provider records and active sessions.
- Parent or guardian consent record associated with the account.
- Assessment answers, scores, progress, practice sessions, skill estimates and wrong-book history.
- Question-correction comments submitted from the account.
- Writing text, confirmed transcriptions, private handwriting files, rubric results and feedback.
- AI usage and quota records, except minimum records required for security or legal obligations.
What may remain temporarily
Information removed from active systems may remain in encrypted backups until the normal backup cycle expires. We may retain the minimum required by law, dispute resolution, security investigations or proof that deletion was completed.
Aggregated or de-identified statistics that can no longer reasonably identify a parent or child may remain.
Delete one writing submission
You may request permanent deletion of one writing submission, including its private files, transcription and feedback, without deleting the whole account.
Facebook Login users
Removing AceScore from Facebook's Apps and Websites settings stops future Facebook access but does not delete learning information already stored by AceScore. Follow the request process above.
If Facebook supplied no email, include the AceScore account name and approximate last-login date. We will verify control without requesting unnecessary personal data.
